Our special Clinic Pro staff...they are your lifeline

 |
|
Name: Susan
Hohner
I have been at ClinicPro for over 10 yrs, I was
hired 2 weeks after Jacke left. I do a little of everything around the
office, billing, trainings and just questions in general. . The best
part of working at ClinicPro is all the friendships I have developed
with our users over the years. Yes, we do take care of business, but we
also have fun and if they have a dog or dogs, that is even better!
My first passion is family, listening to the all
the stories about “the old days”. Listening to the older folks telling
stories about my grandmother, my great grandmother and great great
grandmother and how we are all related. My mother has been very
involved in genealogy for years and has passed that on to my brother and
me. We have spent many hours surfing the internet and prior to the
internet, the library for info on relatives in Germany, Canada, England,
Ireland and the states. Mom and I recently spent time with my 4th
cousin and listened to more stories about my grandmother, great great
grandmother and great great Aunt.
My 2nd passion would be DOGS! I have
been rescuing animals since I was a kid. It seems everyone that finds
an animal brings them to me. I am still rescuing dogs and currently
have 3. Mahoganie is a 3yr old Basset/Shepherd/Lab mix. Her
mother a Basset/Shepherd, was a rescue and a trip to the vet proved she
was pregnant with 9 puppies. Mahoganie is wonderful and many times I
wished I had adopted another one of her siblings, because she is so
wonderful. Mahoganie is very shy, just like her canine mom. She is
currently in shy dog class and seems to be blooming. Her biggest
achievement is going through the agility tunnel! We worked for 3 weeks
on it, but she did it! Woo Hoo, she graduated from her shy dog class
and is ready for her CGC class!
Charlie was given to me by her 11yr old
former owner. She decided Charlie needed more room to run and have
others to play with. Charlie is a very happy 3 yr old Shepherd/Golden
Retriever. He completed his second set of classes and has passed his
CGC (canine good citizen) test. His classes have all been leading up to
becoming a Therapy dog. So the next hurdle is preparing for the Therapy
dog test, this is going to be the toughest. Charlie passed his therapy
dog test yesterday 11/3/07!!!!!!!!!
Bear is an 11 yr old Husky mix. She is the
canine alpha of the dog pack, she is old and cranky. She was another
that was given to me when her former owners abandoned her to run the
street as a puppy. She was mistreated by the kids in the neighborhood
and not trusting of people as a result. Once she knows you though, she
won’t leave you alone!
My 3rd and 4th passions are
gardening and fishing. I have not taken much time to fish in the last
few years though. I have been very busy with all the yard work, a
vegetable garden and many flower gardens. Oh, there is another new
passion, I am learning to sew. |

Name: Lisa Sarno
Nickname: Sarno
Hometown: New Haven, Connecticut
Residence: Lansing, Michigan
Eastern Michigan University; BAS Language, Literature, and Writing
West Virginia University; AA Political Science; WMST Certificate
I joined the Clinic Pro staff in July of 2008 coming from a background in Special Education
and Specialized Education with adjudicated youth offenders. Currently I continue to work
on a contractual basis with Michigan State University doing research in Child Health and
Family Development. In my younger days I earned my really shoddy existence traveling the
country in several Reggae, Rock, and Blues Bands. Add to this resume one full season traveling
with the Ringling Barnum and Bailey Circus Blue Unit and you fully understand how I earned
my seat here in East Lansing.
Customer service is unarguably the best aspect of working here at Clinic Pro.
I enjoy taking calls as it provides an opportunity to become acquainted with many different people,
help meet and succeed their needs, and possibly mooch some seriously reduced chiropractic care!
If you have spoken with me as your trainer or support tech then you already know I am appreciative
of your humor, sympathetic to your problems, and eager to find solutions.
At this time I still play in two musical groups, cater to two ungrateful and extremely
demanding felines, ride a motorcycle for about 6 weeks yearly (Michigan weather) and I am a friend of Bill W.
I like muscle cars, playing all sports, reading, writing, laughing, and drinking only the best coffee.
My passion is connecting with people through experiences, conversations, and the exchange of ideas.

Name: Judy Foley
Over a half century ago I was born in
Detroit Michigan, raised in Livonia and now live in Lansing, Michigan with my
daughter and son-in-law and their two children. For 23 years I worked for
Michigan National Bank. After Michigan National had been bought and sold several
times, the division for which I worked was sold to National Processing Company
in Louisville Kentucky and I was invited to work for NPC.
After about three and half years in Kentucky I secured
a position in a small bank in Northern Michigan as the Bank Operations Manager.
While that was not the right fit for me I found myself in a re-education program
and became certified as a Medical Office Professional. I also obtained
certification in the National Technical Honors Society (NTHS) as well. After
this new-found knowledge and a couple of interviews later, I found myself
working for Clinic Pro as a support agent. The work here at Clinic Pro is both
exhilarating and challenging. My co- workers are knowledgeable, capable,
friendly and very helpful.
I enjoy my family, from my daughter and the little
ones, to my 9 other siblings, to my new family here at Clinic Pro. The support
and caring that I feel from all three families gives me a lot of hope each day.
I enjoy cooking. I see myself as a cook not a chef and have done my share while
growing-up in a large family. I wish I could share my chicken soup with you. I
am an MSU college basketball fan and a big Detroit Tigers fan. After having
lived in Boston, Louisville, Chicago and Coronado, California, Michigan is my
home. I am happy to be home again and ready to serve you!

Greetings and Salutations,
I have worked for ClinicPro since 2002, recently I was promoted to Unit Manager
in charge of General Support. However, over the years I have work on a bit of
everything at our office. As the site Network Administrator and resident
hardware tech I not only have kept our computers up and running, but spoken with
many of you about what should be done with your machines.
I attended high school at Lansing Eastern and moved onto our local community
college for work toward an Associates in Business Communication and Networking.
Along the way I have attended several vocational programs geared toward
computers, networking and support. I hold industry certifications in A+,
Network+, MCP, CAN, DHTI+ along with several other certificates of completion
for computer and network related topics.
In my free time I enjoy reading about history, science, video games and role
playing. My favorite parts of the newspaper is the opinion and state/local
sections, which I read at lunch nearly everyday. On the weekends I attend a
weekly Mage/Werewolf and monthly Dungeons & Dragons role-playing games. I am
also a member of the only gaming communities for Eve and World of Warcraft.

Name: Zak Hood
I am the newest member of
the Support group here at Clinic Pro. Here’s a little background about me.
I was born in Tucson,
Arizona in 1984. I am currently 25. I am married, and have two boys back at
home. My oldest, Jaysen is 4. My youngest is Evan, and he is 1. I am
currently enrolled at Baker College pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Game
Software Development. When I’m not working, or doing school work, I enjoy such
things as: Football, golf, basketball, playing the occasional video game, and
working with computers. I used to run an in-home business providing PC repair,
server maintenance, installations, and more. I’ve been working with computers
since I was 7, so it’s safe to say I’m pretty familiar with them.
I hired into Clinic Pro on
April 19th, 2010. It has been a wonderful place to work for a
variety of reasons. Most of all, I’d have to say the staff here is great. They
make work fun, and are always willing to help if necessary. I look forward to
working here for quite some time, and also helping you with all of your needs.
