Our special Clinic Pro staff...they are your lifeline

Susan
Hohner
I have been at ClinicPro for over 10 yrs, I was
hired 2 weeks after Jackie left. I do a little of everything around the
office, billing, trainings and just questions in general. . The best
part of working at ClinicPro is all the friendships I have developed
with our users over the years. Yes, we do take care of business, but we
also have fun and if they have a dog or dogs, that is even better!
My first passion is family, listening to the all
the stories about “the old days”. Listening to the older folks telling
stories about my grandmother, my great grandmother and great great
grandmother and how we are all related. My mother has been very
involved in genealogy for years and has passed that on to my brother and
me. We have spent many hours surfing the internet and prior to the
internet, the library for info on relatives in Germany, Canada, England,
Ireland and the states. Mom and I recently spent time with my 4th
cousin and listened to more stories about my grandmother, great great
grandmother and great great Aunt.
My 2nd passion would be DOGS! I have
been rescuing animals since I was a kid. It seems everyone that finds
an animal brings them to me. I am still rescuing dogs and currently
have 3. Mahoganie is a 3yr old Basset/Shepherd/Lab mix. Her
mother a Basset/Shepherd, was a rescue and a trip to the vet proved she
was pregnant with 9 puppies. Mahoganie is wonderful and many times I
wished I had adopted another one of her siblings, because she is so
wonderful. Mahoganie is very shy, just like her canine mom. She is
currently in shy dog class and seems to be blooming. Her biggest
achievement is going through the agility tunnel! We worked for 3 weeks
on it, but she did it! Woo Hoo, she graduated from her shy dog class
and is ready for her CGC class!
Charlie was given to me by her 11yr old
former owner. She decided Charlie needed more room to run and have
others to play with. Charlie is a very happy 3 yr old Shepherd/Golden
Retriever. He completed his second set of classes and has passed his
CGC (canine good citizen) test. His classes have all been leading up to
becoming a Therapy dog. So the next hurdle is preparing for the Therapy
dog test, this is going to be the toughest. Charlie passed his therapy
dog test yesterday 11/3/07!!!!!!!!!
Bear is an 11 yr old Husky mix. She is the
canine alpha of the dog pack, she is old and cranky. She was another
that was given to me when her former owners abandoned her to run the
street as a puppy. She was mistreated by the kids in the neighborhood
and not trusting of people as a result. Once she knows you though, she
won’t leave you alone!
My 3rd and 4th passions are
gardening and fishing. I have not taken much time to fish in the last
few years though. I have been very busy with all the yard work, a
vegetable garden and many flower gardens. Oh, there is another new
passion, I am learning to sew. |

Name: Eric Fusciardi
Nicknames: Fooshards, The Foosh, "Hey you"
Start date: January 2nd, 2007
Let's preface this profile with: I'm a nerd. I get excited about things
like gigahertz, frames per second, and low CAS latency timings. I'm not a
big sports fan. I can build you a computer in less time than those guys at
the geek squad could dream to do, make it perform better, and probably for
less money than they want for it. I've got a firm grasp on math, science,
computers, and logic; and have programmed games and applications for
Palm Handheld Computers. I'm one of "those" kind of people. But
hey, that's more or less why I'm here at ClinicPro.
I'm a support junkie here, I'll answer your questions. I'm the guy to talk
to about suggestions or bugfixes, as I channel that info to the
programmers. I help train our new staff getting acquainted with the program
so that they can better help you out.
Anybody who's called in and spoke with me knows that I'm not the most
serious of people around. I'll joke with you, I will unabashedly giggle at
times, and I try to leave you with a smile on your face. Business doesn't
have to be all seriousness in order for the job to get done :)
All that aside, I got married (sorry ladies) on June 23rd 2007, to my
beautiful wife Christine. We went to
Niagara Falls on our honeymoon, which is a stunning place to visit.
I must recommend the Marriott on the Canadian side for the best view of the
falls you'll ever see.
I'm an avid gamer, I have just about every system from the
Wii to the SNES. Lately I've been playing World of Warcraft, on the
US Hydraxis server, Horde-side. Me and my wife have characters there that
we play, and it's a pretty fun and addicting game. So if you ever wanted to
try it out, come get addicted with me, on my server :)
I'm always up for a good laugh, that's me in a nutshell.

Hello!!! My name is Michelle Johns; known to the Clinic Pro family as MJ. I have
been a member of the Clinic Pro family since December 2007. I came to the Clinic

Robert Joseph Cain
Age: 24
Birth Date: 02/28/1983
Birthplace: Lansing, MI
You all may know me as the “phone guy” that filtered all the incoming calls this
past summer when we converted to 3.1. Now over the past three months or so I
have been bumped up to being a support tech. It really is a different change of
pace but I am really enjoying being able to help everyone now and having a
chance to talk with them rather then just taking a message and passing it along
to the next person.
I love the outdoors and try to stay as active as possible. I also enjoy playing
just about any sport there is to play and if I don’t know how to play that
particular sport I’m always willing to learn it and give it a shot. My main
sports, though, would have to be football and wrestling. I did both sports from
6th grade on to my senior year. I had received a full ride scholarship to Ferris
state for football but ended up going another route.
I`ve worked many different jobs over the years since high school ranging from
physical labor like doing roofing to less physical working with children at a
local daycare. The daycare was definitely my most favorable job for the fact
that I truly love kids and their carefree attitudes which put a smile on my
face. I will be going to school for pediatrics nursing hopefully this fall if
everything goes as expected.
Well, that’s about all I can think of for now, if you have anymore questions or
more importantly need some help with the Clinic Pro software, feel free to call
us up and ask for me.

Judy Foley Over a half century ago I was born in
Detroit Michigan, raised in Livonia and now live in Lansing, Michigan with my
daughter and son-in-law and their two children. For 23 years I worked for
Michigan National Bank. After Michigan National had been bought and sold several
times, the division for which I worked was sold to National Processing Company
in Louisville Kentucky and I was invited to work for NPC.
After about three and half years in Kentucky I secured
a position in a small bank in Northern Michigan as the Bank Operations Manager.
While that was not the right fit for me I found myself in a re-education program
and became certified as a Medical Office Professional. I also obtained
certification in the National Technical Honors Society (NTHS) as well. After
this new-found knowledge and a couple of interviews later, I found myself
working for Clinic Pro as a support agent. The work here at Clinic Pro is both
exhilarating and challenging. My co- workers are knowledgeable, capable,
friendly and very helpful.
I enjoy my family, from my daughter and the little
ones, to my 9 other siblings, to my new family here at Clinic Pro. The support
and caring that I feel from all three families gives me a lot of hope each day.
I enjoy cooking. I see myself as a cook not a chef and have done my share while
growing-up in a large family. I wish I could share my chicken soup with you. I
am an MSU college basketball fan and a big Detroit Tigers fan. After having
lived in Boston, Louisville, Chicago and Coronado, California, Michigan is my
home. I am happy to be home again and ready to serve you!
