Problem:
When inputting transactions, you receive a message
saying: "A facility is not defined for POS."

Solution:

Go to
System, System
Parameters Maintenance.

In the
Clinic Info tab,
click on the down arrow next
to Transactions Facility
Default and choose your
office name. Then click
OK.
If you do
not see your office name in the
dropdown box, do the following:

Go to
Lists, then
Facility/Hospital.

Click
on the New
button icon at the top.

Input
your office name and
address. Choose Service
Location as the
Facility Type.

Click
the Save
button and close the screen.
